Meritage Midstream has expanded the traditional definition of midstream to provide customers with innovative midstream solutions and opportunities for growth. The strategic location of assets and bundling services are tactics we pursue with our customers to increase efficiency, ensure safety, reduce the environmental and community impact of operations and cut costs. Core capabilities include:
- Natural gas gathering, compression, treating, processing and transportation;
- NGL treating, fractionation and transportation;
- Crude oil and condensate gathering, treating, stabilization, blending, storage and transportation;
- Value-added services include handling produced and flowback water and marketing services for natural gas, NGL and crude oil.

Natural Gas & NGLs
Our origins are in natural gas gathering and processing. We are experts at gathering gas from rapidly developing resource plays. We understand how to build pipelines and treating and processing plants and the importance of meeting development schedules. We work hard to address our customers’ critical business concerns.
Crude Oil & Condensate
Meritage provides gathering, treating, stabilization, blending, storage and transportation services for crude oil and condensate. We build and operate gathering infrastructure and terminal facilities to aggregate and move condensate and crude oil to multiple markets. Broad and exceptional customer service is baseline at Meritage Midstream. Our pipeline, storage and terminal capabilities give us the capacity to deliver an array of integrated services of the highest quality. We recognize that our customers count on us to supply safe, reliable, cost-effective solutions and we deliver.
Water
The effective management of produced and flowback water puts solutions in place at the well pad in cost-effective ways that create value. Our ability to recover wastewater and provide takeaway and disposal solutions results in safer, environmentally responsible operations and substantial cost savings by minimizing water-specific expenses and the environmental and community impacts associated with trucking.
