Meritage subsidiary, Thunder Creek NGL Pipeline, LLC (“TCNGL”) is the operator of a FERC-regulated, common-carrier natural gas liquids (“NGL”) pipeline. The TCNGL Pipeline System receives high-pressure NGLs from a receipt point located at Thunder Creek's 50 Buttes Gas Processing Plant located in Campbell County, Wyoming and another at the Steamboat I Gas Processing Plant in Converse County. NGLs currently flow through the TCNGL Pipeline system to ONEOK's Niobrara Lateral and and Elk Basin System.
